A new white paper on AI and labor policy in Korea — examining evidence, risks, and policy options — in collaboration with Yong Lim (SNU School of Law) and Moon Ahram (KISDI).

Yong Suk Lee released a new white paper, "AI and the Future of Labor in Korea: Evidence, Risks, and Policy Options," in collaboration with Yong Lim of Seoul National University's School of Law and Moon Ahram of the Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI). Read the white paper.

The paper builds on a symposium on AI and the future of labor convened by the Keough School of Global Affairs at the University of Notre Dame and the Seoul National University AI Policy Initiative (SAPI), held at SNU's School of Law in February 2026. It examines the evidence on AI's labor market effects in Korea, the risks ahead, and policy options to strengthen labor in the age of AI.
